We will help you lose excess “baby weight” and tighten and tone. It’s possible to get into even better shape than you were pre-pregnancy! JFit 360° are experts on exercising throughout your pregnancy as well as postpartum, safely and effectively.
We also have experience working with women with diastasis recti (abdominal separation), and are able to provide safe and appropriate abdominal exercises for this condition. Baby not on a predictable nap schedule yet? Not to worry, we can incorporate your baby into your workouts so both mom and baby are happy and healthy!
