Group Training


Group training is an affordable way to work with a personal trainer; at the same time this type of training provides peer support, encouragement and accountability.  To participate in group training, you will need to have no more than six people (and no less than three people) to ensure that everyone is still able to receive individualized attention.

One-on-One Personal Training



With one-on-one personal training, we remedy lack of time, commuting, and the ability to design a great health and fitness program in the comfort of your own home.

Our one-on-one personal training programs will leave you amazed at how great you feel after completing just one of our uniquely formatted sessions.  We listen to each and every one of your goals and then design a program specifically to meet your needs.

Wedding Prep Training



When you’re planning your wedding, the last thing you need to worry about is how you’ll find the motivation to get in shape. Brides, grooms, and wedding parties can all benefit from JFit 360°’s personalized fitness training.

We will help you reach your wedding day fitness goals and will be there for you every step of the way. Individual one-on-one training and couples training are available. Or form a small group with your wedding party for small group training.

Planning a wedding can get a bit stressful and overwhelming at times, and regular workouts will help keep you centered, feeling energized and helping to keep stress levels down. Whether your big day is a year or a month away it’s never too late to start training!
